The headcount chart provides user a quick view of a company's headcount at any point of time. You can analyze the organization structure by using the overview of the organization.
Data can be presented in three layout options, that is Analysis, ColumnsB, or Pie. For each layout, a user can choose different manners of record grouping. In addition to record grouping, the user can apply filtering, by selecting a range of cost centers or job groups.

You have the choice between three different types of layouts. You can choose from:
You can group the overview based on cost centre, job group, and employee types.
The remuneration year for which you want to show the overview. This field is disabled if the layout Pie is chosen.
You can print the overview by selecting a range of period or a single period. This field is disabled if the layout Pie is chosen.
You can print the overview by selecting a range of cost centers or a single cost center. The report will be printed based on the employees who have been attached to the selected cost centre.
You can also print the overview based on the job group selection. The resources who are attached to the selected job group will be printed in the overview.
Select this check box to display resources of the type Employee.
Select this check box to display resources of the type Student.
Select this check box to display resources of the type Contractor.
Select this check box to display resources of the type Temporary.
